This is a packaged for total relaxation. It takes place in a lovely healing space in Hampton Hill. We start with a short 5-10minute consultation. It starts with a lovely 60 minute relaxation and meditation session, with the intention of calming the mind and relaxing the body, letting go of all the world outside.
Please bring or come in comfortable clothes as we will sit on cushions for this session unless one is unable to sit on the the cushions then a chair is available.
This is followed by a 90minute Holistic Massage tailored to your needs. This is usually a full body massage but can be tailored to your needs so if you want it targeting only upper body etc. that can be done.
Please allow yourself 3 hours for this package so that you have plenty of time between treatments and to leave with ease in time.
BRONZE
This is a package for the Mind, Body & Spirit, unique to Vibrance4life.
It takes place in a lovely healing space in Hampton Hill.

We move into a 30 minute relaxation and meditation session, with the intention of calming the mind and relaxing the body, letting go of all the world outside.
