Breakfast Pot Recipe

Breakfast pot recipe:

1x Jar: I use an old jam jar as it is about the right size.


2-3 tbs of oats

1 tbs chia seeds

1 tbs sunflower seeds

1 tbs pumpkin seeds.

1-2 walnuts, chopped.

1-2 pecan nuts, chopped.

1 date pitted and chopped up

4-5 Raspberries

  1. Put all the ingredients in a old jam jar, so they fill it 2/3 of the way.

  2. Top up with water.

  3. Leave in the fridge over night.

  4. In the morning, you can top it up with more water, hot or cold, to get the consistency you like. (Optional)

I used this on this day but I really mix and match with what I have in the cupboard, some times I add flax seeds, sometimes a banana or blueberries or cinnamon.
