Managing Intense emotions (part 2)

So this past year we have all been experiencing intense emotions more than ever before and more intensely than ever before it. Hence it is so important that we manage our energy and take the best care of ourselves we can.
Here is a further step to those mention in September 2020 newsletter and above mentioned article.
When experiencing an intense emotion, follow the steps in, Managing intense emotions part 1 link above, and once that is complete. I invite you as a next step to send Light to the very thing that caused this intense emotion. Send it copious amounts of Light. This is a time of great healing and with that comes uncomfortable intense feelings that can be overwhelming at times. The feelings want to be acknowledged, not suppressed or ignored, and by observing them as explained in, Managing intense emotions part 1 link above, helps to do this. The affect of this tends to be a decrease in intensity of the emotion being felt. Which then brings greater clarity and an ability to see the wood through the trees.
By sending Light to the very thing that triggered the intense emotion/s within us we are empowering ourselves to transmute it into Light with the Light that we are sending it.
Some of you may be a wondering how do I send Light? Some of you may have your way of doing it. For those of you who are asking this question, I suggest the following.
a. Close your eyes and in your minds eyes see the bright white light in the sky.
b. Gather that bright white light into a ball in your imagination and then see it spread all over and around the very thing, or person or event that triggered the intense feelings within you.
c. You can do this for as long as you like and as often as you like. The Light sent will help to transmute the energies of the person, event or thing that caused the emotion to be felt in you.
I have found in my own experience and with clients that taking some action as described here and in previous article, helps us to feel empowered and hence more able to deal with what is happening in a way that more in harmony with ourselves.
