Do you find it hard to relax, even when everything seems fine?

Bring your focus to your breath.
Inhale for 4 counts.
Exhale for 6.
Do this slowly, for a couple of minutes.
This will start to tell your body: “You’re safe now.”
When done consistently, these small moments retrain your nervous system to settle just that littel bit more.
