It's half way through the year already!

As we move into the second half of the year, I take it as a cue to reflect on the first half of the year, the joys, the challenges, the actions and the changes. It is a time to sit down and write down all the things you are grateful for from the first half of the year and to then look ahead and write down what you would like to be grateful for in the second half of the year. What what would you like to have done, achieve, be when you sit and reflect on the second half of the year in December 2017. This is a really good exercise to do. If the first half of the year did not go as you would have liked, know that there is something to learn from every experience and you are exactly where you are meant to be. It does not matter what did or did not happen in the first half of the year, what matters now is where you are today and where you want to be heading. Hence it is a good time to see where you are and decide where you would like to go from here. It is a good opportunity to reset your focus or compass, if need be and set your course in the direction of your dreams for the remainder of the year. If the first half of the year has been as you would have liked or better than you imagined it is a good time to reflect on what worked for you and why, and how you would like to grow and expand that into the second half of the year.

I would love to hear your comments and anything you may want to share from your reflection of the the first half of the year.
